This 3-part, 90 minute session will change your life! Empowering you with the knowledge to make better decisions and create the health and well being you want and deserve.

Part 1 consists of me asking you a range of questions about your work, dietary, and lifestyle habits.

Part 2 is where you tell me what is & isn’t working, and what your wellness goals are. (General Q&A here.)

Part 3 is the Customized Wellness Plan; consisting of various dietary & lifestyle recommendations, positive affirmations & actions, vitamins/ supplements/ herbs, exercise plan, and if needed, cleansing/detox program.  I will also recommend videos, books, and online resources to further your knowledge and understanding.
